Our Staff

Our teachers are highly qualified educators with training, experience and education in Early Childhood Education. Our teachers have degrees in the fields of education, early childhood education, psychology and other related fields. Our teachers provide an environment of trust, care, respect and individuality for each child. Our dedicated teachers promote self-esteem in our children by providing developmentally appropriate activities that are initiated by the children themselves. We select our teachers carefully and require all of our staff to further their professional development and attend professional conferences and workshops. All employees are CPR and First Aid Certified.

Ms. Bonnie
I am the lead teacher in the Orange Room. I believe that each child is a unique individual. I believe in creating a caring and nurturing atmosphere and foster each child’s creativity and positive self-image. Not only do I want to encourage learning, but also the love of learning. My goals are to help facilitate the development of creative thinkers, problem solvers, self-confident and independent beings who will grow up to be caring, happy, and productive young adults.

Ms. Cenia
I am the Lead Teacher in the Yellow Room. I believe that as a teacher I need to provide a safe, happy, nurturing environment for the children. With this in mind and providing them with the right tools, I can help them reach their highest potential. I also believe that family participation is a key for children to develop skills such as friendship and good self esteem. By providing the right activities, such as circle time, music and movement, dramatic play etc… I believe that each child will be able to take what they learned in preschool and incorporate it in their lives from here on.

Ms. Cheryl
I am the co-teacher with Ms. Cenia in the Yellow Room. I believe that a child learns best in a hands on environment, where they are free to explore and play. My goal as a teacher is to guide my students into becoming self sufficient and independent individuals, through observation of each child’s individual developmental needs. By preparing curriculums, schedules and maintaining consistency in the class room all students will excel, physically, emotionally, socially and intellectually. While working together with parents, each child’s personal out comes will be a success.

Ms. Jackie
I am the Lead Teacher in the Blue Room. As a teacher I believe that it is my duty to ensure that learning takes place in a safe, open, and supportive environment where children can learn the importance of developing relationships with others. I am a strong advocate of children learning through play while allowing the child’s natural curiosity to direct his/her learning.
