Active Learning

Active learning is a core part of Curriculum for Excellence in the early years and is encouraged and supported by Curriculum for Excellence at the earliest learning stages and in early learning and childcare settings. It is a way for children to develop vital skills and knowledge and a positive attitude to learning

Music Class

Children love music and enjoy opportunities to get up and move around in the classroom. Giving children the opportunity to listen to music, play instruments, experiment with sound, and move their bodies is vital in early care environments. Music Class can help children develop their motor skills, improve their balance and coordination and hone their listening skills,

Creative Art

Young children feel a sense of emotional satisfaction when they are involved in creating art. Creating art also builds children's self-esteem by giving them opportunities to express what they are thinking and feeling.

Enrichment Classes

Beginnings Learning Center offers a variety of age-specific enrichment classes throughout the week, including Playball, Yoga 4 Kids (4 and 5 year olds), Royal Ballet (Ages 3 and up) and Creative Movement (2 and 3 year olds).
